We are a German charity that provides scholarships for the vocational training of young people on the Philippines. Education and work to overcome poverty. Our scholarships are personal. All donations are used, there is no overhead.
We enable the poorest of the poor to get educated
GGAP's mission is to give young people on the Philippines an opportunity to find a way out of poverty. Empowerment is key. Sustainability is our goal.
We award scholarships for vocational education in the central and southern Philippines. Vocational training is the basis to find a way out of poverty.
Education is the key for personal and economical independence. Education enables people to take on responsibility. Education is passed on to children. Education prevents disease and alleviates poverty. Education lets people participate in societies and makes them less receptive for fanaticism and terrorism.
On the Philippines, vocational training enables people to leave the slums of the cities.
